Health, as I see it.

My work is grounded in cellular and molecular immunology and a systems-based understanding of how the body functions as a whole.

I began my career in science, studying how the immune system, hormones, metabolism, and stress physiology interact at a systems level. That foundation continues to shape my work today especially for individuals who feel dismissed, confused, or stuck despite doing “all the right things.”

I specialize in helping people make sense of their health by connecting symptoms, lifestyle patterns, and functional data through an evidence-informed, analytical lens.

My education includes training through Mayo Clinic Health & Wellness Coaching, nutrition education through Harvard Medical School, and education through the Institute for Functional Medicine, with advanced instruction in functional lab interpretation including DUTCH, GI-MAP, OAT, and Functional Blood Chemistry. I am also certified as a Dietary Supplement Specialist (DSS).

My goal is not to overwhelm, but to help you understand your body in a way that feels empowering and sustainable.

I do not diagnose or treat disease. My role is to provide clarity, context, and structured support, helping individuals make informed, sustainable decisions about their health with confidence.
